• Contact details: name, email, telephone number and messages you send us.
• Data related to properties: property reference and comments about the request.
• Data for selling your property: name, email, telephone number, property address, type of property and comments.
• Newsletter data: email and confirmation of consent.
• Technical data: IP address, browser, device and technical logs necessary for the security and operation of the website.
• Audience measurement data: the page viewed and its title, where the visit came from, the UTM campaign parameters present in the web address, device type, browser, operating system, screen resolution, browser language and an approximate location inferred from the IP address. The advertising click identifiers that some platforms append to links are not included in the information we send to the analytics service.

If you access the integrated client area through Inmovilla, the data you enter there will be processed by that provider in accordance with its own terms.

• Measuring the website's audience so we can see which content is being viewed, where visits come from and which campaigns or links bring them, and improve the browsing experience and the properties we showcase accordingly. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in understanding how the website is used and improving it. You may object to this processing at any time (section 7).

We do not disclose your data to third parties except where legally required. However, we may share it with providers that deliver services necessary for the activity, acting as data processors.

• Hosting, maintenance and email providers.
• Inmovilla, when you use the client area integrated into the website.
• MapTiler, as a map provider (when a map is loaded, technical data such as the IP address may be communicated).
• Umami Software, Inc. (United States), through its Umami Cloud service, as the data processor for measuring the website's audience.
• Social networks (Facebook, Instagram, X and LinkedIn) when you access their profiles from our links.

Some providers may be located outside the European Economic Area. In such cases, we ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with the applicable regulations.

For audience measurement, our account is assigned to the provider's European region. That said, Umami Software, Inc. is a United States company and relies on sub-processors based outside the European Economic Area, so we cannot rule out that the data is processed or accessed from outside the European Union. Where such a transfer takes place, it must rely on one of the safeguards provided for under European law, such as the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission. You are welcome to ask us about the safeguards that apply, at the address given in section 7.

• Contact details and requests: the time necessary to respond to the request and, subsequently, for the applicable legal periods.
• Newsletter data: until you request to unsubscribe.
• Technical logs: for a limited period for the security of the service.
• Audience measurement data: a maximum of six months, which is the retention period provided by the analytics service we use.

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, as well as withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to hola@inmobiliarianaveros.com.

You may also object to the audience measurement described in section 9 by writing to that same address. We will act on your request, although at present we have no mechanism that automatically recognises your browser and switches the measurement off by itself.

If you believe that your rights have not been properly addressed, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).

We do not make automated decisions or carry out profiling with legal effects on users.

We use technical and session cookies necessary for the operation of the website (for example, to protect forms and maintain the session). Third-party services integrated into the website may use their own cookies or similar technologies.

For audience measurement we use Umami Cloud, a service that does not place cookies on your device. What it does instead is send the provider information about the page you are viewing and about your device. From technical data such as the IP address and the browser, the provider generates a pseudonymous identifier that is used to group together the pages viewed during a single visit. Umami acts as a data processor, meaning it handles that information on our behalf and for this purpose. We do not match that identifier against your name, against any form you send us or against any other data we hold about you, we do not use it to follow you across other websites, and we do not feed it into advertising profiles.

Your IP address is communicated to the provider when the connection is established and is used to infer an approximate location and to generate that identifier. The fact that a tool does not use cookies does not, on its own, place it outside data protection law — which is why we describe it here, and why you may object to this processing as explained in section 7.

This website is not intended for minors under 14 years of age. If you are a minor, do not send your data without the authorisation of your parents or guardians.

We may update this policy to reflect legal changes or changes to our services. The date of the latest update appears at the end of the document.
