Rural land at Granada

Rustic land, 10,407 m², in the heart of the Granada plain. To locate it precisely, on the Camino de Camaura, after passing the water treatment plant, there is a roundabout. Continue straight towards Churriana, and to the right towards Vegas del Genil. Our land is located on this side, next to the equestrian center.

In the new VAU 5 urban development plan for Las Gabias, it will be 150 m² from the entrance and exit to this point.

The VAU-05 (Urban Agglomeration Road) is an 8-kilometer bypass designed to connect Las Gabias, Churriana de la Vega, and Armilla with the first and second ring roads of Granada. Its route and design are integrated into the Territorial Planning Plan for the Granada Urban Agglomeration (POTAUG).

This land is perfect for various uses, as there is the possibility of changing its zoning.
